Winter has come and there is nothing better than to cook some Indian snow peas with boiled potatoes, capsicum and some amazing papadums made with the Papadum Express®

Potatoes are so versatile that while they are great to eat baked, they also make a delicious addition to other vegetables, baked goods, salads, sauces or stews..

Boil potatoes tender for 10 to 15 minutes. Get the potatoes ready, get the frying pan ready with oil on low heat and add your snow peas, capsicum and potatoes and stir fry for a couple of minutes only. Then add some beautiful spicy masalas, salt and paper and keep stirring lightly. Cover the cook top until food is soft and tender.. and just a minute before you finish cooking, stack papadums on the Papadum Express® microwave tray and cook crisp and crunchy Indian papadums in 60 seconds, AND SERVE...
