Papadum Express® - Couscous and Peanuts with Salad

When it comes to making a quick dish, couscous can be one of the easiest. Just add couscous into boiling water, cook it for a couple of minutes, and your go to go : ) ). You can simplify your Couscous, fry few peanuts and almonds of your choise for a minute in ghee and add it to the Couscous. 

Couscous can also be eaten as rice. Also making a salad on the side is a good idea too.
