One of my favorite vegetarian dishes. Green Beans with Lebanese Bread and a touch of Mango Pickle. Simple way off cooking Green Beans
Steps:

Cut green beans, capsicum, onion and garlic in small sizes

Heat oil on pan, then stir-fry the green beans and all the cut veggies for 10 to 15 mins. Once it starts looking brown, your ready to eat.

Not to forget, adding a beautifully cooked crisp n' crunchy Papadums to dip in the sweet Hot Mango Pickle from "Mother's Recipe"
