Papadum Express® - Kadai Paneer and Naan with Papadums

Paneer, Paneer, Paneer the Cottage cheese of India, this is a vegetarian nation
where paneer is use a lot, mostly in North Indian foods.
 

Where ever you travel to the outskirts of India, you can eat one of these paneer dishes
on any dhaba along the road, mostly visited by truck drivers.
 

One of these dishes today is called Kadai Paneer one of my favorites, you can
have it in two versions, Kadai Paneer dry or gravy.

It's mostly eaten with naan or roti, and a bit of crunchy taste with fat free cooked

Seriously, at times no matter what we cook, having some pappadums to crunch on makes all the difference. This round we used some Maharaja’s Choice of pappadums again.

 

Since Sydney is cold at present, we can’t help make some warm winter food. This dish here, consists of one my favourite serve-ups. Tomatoes with egg beat (Like a quiche) and the adage is baked vegetables Capsicum and Potatoes and the usual indulgence of chutney’s and pickles.
