Paneer, Paneer, Paneer the Cottage cheese of India, this is a vegetarian nation
where paneer is use a lot, mostly in North Indian foods.
Where ever you travel to the outskirts of India, you can eat one of these paneer dishes
on any dhaba along the road, mostly visited by truck drivers.
One of these dishes today is called Kadai Paneer one of my favorites, you can
have it in two versions, Kadai Paneer dry or gravy.
It's mostly eaten with naan or roti, and a bit of crunchy taste with fat free cooked
